We accept all payment methods offered by our partner Stripe, depending on the type of product chosen and your billing location. For example, we accept Multibanco payments for Portugal.
Only payments in euros are accepted.
We apply the local standard value-added tax (VAT) rate for B2C customers based on their billing address.
B2B customers may be eligible for VAT exclusion via reverse charge. You can enter your VAT number when registering to have VAT excluded from your invoice.
You can decide to stop your rental/subscription package at any anniversary date of your payment period, in which case your service will be terminated on its due date.
If your package included the creation/hosting of your website, it will be suspended for a period of 10 calendar days, and from the 11th day onwards it will be permanently deleted.
